Users Submissions
This Site is only a passive forum for users to obtain employment and career information and/or other services including (a) providing career coaching, trainings and seminars, market information/research, (b) career/professional networking and social events, gatherings or outings, (c) investments and wealth management advisory, and (d) consultancy, advisory and counseling including life partnership matching (as you may select when you sign up). You undertake that your submitted materials including any Personal Information are accurate and not misleading in any respect at the time they are submitted and entered into the Site. If any part of the submitted materials is no longer true and accurate, you shall inform FSB immediately via the Site. FSB does not screen or monitor any submitted materials, FSB therefore makes no warranties or representations regarding the information. FSB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to delete, remove, refuse to display, or block any submitted materials that FSB considered to be unacceptable.

The Site may have external links (“Linked Sites”). FSB shall not be responsible for any materials, information or content posted on the Linked Sites. You are solely responsible for your access of the Linked Sites.

You acknowledge and agree that FSB may retain copies of your submitted materials and disclose them to a third party if FSB believes that it is necessary to: (i) protect the integrity of the Site; (ii) protect rights of FSB; (iii) comply with court order; (iv) comply with any legal proceedings; (v) assert FSB’s rights under this Notice; and (vi) satisfy any claims regarding violations of third party’s rights.

Account and Password
To use certain features of the Site, you may need to open an account with the Site. If you open an account with the Site, you will receive an account logon and an initial password. Termination
FSB has the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate any services of the Site and remove any materials from the Site. FSB may also terminate your access to any part of all of the services provided by FSB on the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reasons. If you want to terminate your account, you may only cease your use of the Site. FSB shall not be responsible for maintaining or returning your submitted materials, your account, or your logon and password.

Misuse of Site
FSB reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse service, to terminate accounts and/or cancel service if it believes your use of the Site violates the policies for use, violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of public image of FSB.
